Service Scope
Arizona Plumbing Experts provides plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance services as described on our website. Scope of work is defined in written estimates and service agreements.
Service Agreements
All jobs over $250 require a written agreement outlining scope, materials, labor, and payment terms. Work may not begin until signed approval is received.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Service Guarantee
Arizona Plumbing Experts guarantees all workmanship for 90 days. If a repaired system fails due to faulty installation, we will return at no additional cost to correct the issue.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service requests with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a $75 fee to cover technician travel and preparation costs.
Liability Limitations
While we perform all work with due diligence, Arizona Plumbing Experts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
Warranty and Materials
Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials are passed through to customers. We do not assume responsibility for defects originating from third-party components.
Intellectual Property
All content on the arizonaplumbingexperts.com website, including text, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of Arizona Plumbing Experts and protected under copyright law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services or agreements will be resolved through mediation in Maricopa County, Arizona. If mediation fails, parties may pursue legal action in the appropriate Arizona court.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action must be filed in a court located within Arizona.
Amendments
Arizona Plumbing Experts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
